How can we find the strength to exercise? In our society today, health problems are big. For some people, it’s easy to exercise daily. On the other hand, you have those who don’t find it so easy, like myself. From the moment I wake up to get my son to school, I’m getting my day started. I’m always on the go. My schedule works around my son schedule because a baby sitter is too complicated. So I’ve been blessed to have it this way. The problem is, when it’s time to wine down, I have my work I have to do on top of my son work. So when I’m finished, I’m lazzy and I want to relax. Did I also mention I’m severe anemia and I’m on a lot of iron medications? So how do I get the energy and time to exercise? I need energy! So I figured I would get some vitamins and see if that is a energy booster. It’s also healthy, and I know I need them because I am so not a health expert with keep my body healthy. If you see me, you would think I am, but I know I’m not. So, this is day 1 of a healthy lifestyle. Wish me luck and much needed support.
